A note from Erica:

My Godmother was an incredible influence and mentor to me. She was a testament to what a strong woman can accomplish in this world and broke barriers. It was her breast cancer diagnosis that prompted my journey to healthier living and clean beauty.

My first pregnancy a few years later amplified my desire for healthier living and clean beauty. Like any parent, I simply wanted better for my children. I wanted purity, efficacy, transparency, and integrity when it came to the products we used. My mission grew while watching my children grow.

Today, my two daughters share my desire and have joined me in showcasing and sharing products that are as effective as they are beautiful, without compromising ingredients. My oldest daughter fondly called my Godmother “Lala” as a young child, so we created Lala & Elm in honor of the woman who taught us so much and was the inspiration for our journey to healthier living.

Together, we welcome you to our lovely boutique in Coastal NC, where we are dedicated to bringing beauty and wellness without compromise to all ages with eco-luxe accessories for coastal living at its best. We strive to provide exceptional service to our clientele. Each brand is thoughtfully curated and their story showcased along with their product line, empowering our clientele with knowledge.

Just as we love our brands, we love living on the coast, and strive to do our part to leave it better than we found it. In an effort to protect the waters that connect us, we dedicate a portion of every sale to non-profit organizations focused on ocean conservation and environmental health.
